A great house with plenty of space and facilities - excellent kitchen. We had a superb 36th annual "Boys Walking Weekend". Excellent footpath into Kirkby Stephen. We loved La'l Nook - if you want beer, banter and ambience, look no further (especially if you're into rugby!!!)

We had a great time- walking. Climbed upto nine standards on a glorious day.Red squirrels in the garden, lovely large lounge and kitchen. Master bedroom a bit small and the en suite needs re siliconing and painting. All other bedrooms were a great size. There were 6 adults in our party and we had a fabulous time.

Our holiday to The Larches was really enjoyable. We had a lovely time. The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t any plastic cups for the children to drink from and we did have a few breakages due to this but would 100% recommend otherwise
