we had a wonderful 3 night break, would definately recommend to other holiday makers and would love to return. My only suggestion would be whether carpets could be fitted in the top floor bedrooms because the floor boards were very noisy and squeaky for the bedrooms below.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this excellent property - large spacious and with good facilities all set in a beautiful location. The only improvement would be to provide bath towels which we had to bring.

Superbly situated accommodation on the Norfolk coast path. Amazing views and easy to find. Good equipment and lots utensils in the kitchen. General decorating and condition are in need of some attention (kitchen doors - paint - blinds) But this did not detract from our 3 night stay. If you want a spacious well placed house in the busy Sheringham this will be for you.
