If you like birdwatching, the RSPB reserve at Freiston Shore is just 5 miles from this holiday property.. All on the Ground Floor:

All properties: Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Paved terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 9-acre of natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 3 cars. 1 small pet welcome (must be kept on lead at all times within the grounds). No smoking.
Please note: There are 3 lakes within the grounds.. Unspoilt lake views.
These 5 holiday cabins, each with furnished verandah for dining al fresco, are located 7 miles from Boston, and 20 miles from Skegness.
They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area.
The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness. Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held.
The local RSPB reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub. There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling.
The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license.
Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile. Free WiFi Families or couples only. Only one (1) small dog allowed at the property for a charge of £30. Please call 03454986900 to make payment for the pet. Our lodge was beautiful and cosy. Tastefully decorated and with everything you need, even sharp knives for a keen cook. The site is so pretty and well maintained, so nice to walk round even if you're not fishing. Not fans of the area (we were on a working trip) but just our preference. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Lakeview.

It was a lovely lodge and well maintained. Home from home feel very relaxing site the quietness was well accepted by us and the welcome pack was a lovely touch we would definitely recommend it. Perfect if you are into fishing as well.

Lovely place to stay if you want peace and quiet and enjoy fishing. Not much in the local area but Boston is down the road. The cabin was amazing a home from home and really warm 😊
