The Old Stables is situated in an idyllic and quiet location.
The property had clean bedding and well presented in all except that there were cobwebs and dead insects on the window sills. My guess is that the house is not lived in all the time so cobwebs form overnight.
Other than that we had a good stay at the house and highly recommend this accommodation.

Stayed here for Christmas as wanted somewhere close to family. Good size and very comfortable, particularly downstairs which feels really spacious and worked for hosting family during the day.As others have mentioned there is little phone signal and Wi-Fi only worked downstairs. Well equipped and we appreciated the welcome basket. Owner was responsive and helpful in advance too.

Suited us perfectly as we wanted somewhere near family. lots of short circular walks from front door. Play ground about half a mile away. Only down side is poor internet connection probably due to the rural aspect.
