This attractive holiday cottage is surrounded by picturesque villages and is placed on the banks of the peaceful River Avon.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) BedEnsuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, (Accessed From One Side Only)
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom:Bath, Cubicle Shower, No Toilet

Nearby is Stonehenge, and the lesser known neolithic site of Woodhenge.
Salisbury has Britain’s finest medieval cathedral with the best preserved original Magna Carta.
Shop, pub 1 mile. Bedroom 3 has a double bed which is accessed from one side only.

A lovely cottage with incredible views and a very responsive owner should there be any problems. A short walk from a lovely pub with fab food. The garden furniture is starting to look tired but I imagine it will be replaced for next season.

Lovely tranquil location. Pub with meals in walking distance. A bit pricey. Lovely gardens open nearby. Everything you could need re equipment. Bbq was unusable but we mentioned this to the owner and he replaced it the same day excellent.

Our 7th visit and despite the rain we had another very enjoyable stay at the fishing lodge. It is perfect for our needs. A very peaceful setting but close enough to Salisbury for amenities. Good base for Stonehenge, Longleat, Stourhead etc. We love the river in the grounds, watching the swans and other bird life. If you like peace and quiet this is the place to stay.
