The property is located in the small hamlet of Whitechapel below the foot of Beacon Fell Country Park.

It is ideal for those who love the great outdoors with some of the best walking and cycling opportunities in Lancashire.
The area invites you to enjoy birdwatching, fishing and golf too. Whilst the property enjoys a quiet rural location, it is very accessible and there are lots to see and do within easy driving distance.
Approximately 30 minutes away is the bustling market town of Clitheroe with its hilltop castle and nearby Pendle Hill or the university town of Lancaster, is 17 miles, with its aqueduct and castle.
