This was our third stay at 1 Greta Side Court, we love everything about it, the only let is something I know you will heard of from many guests, the couch is a massive let down, its well past its best and has been since we have used the property, also the two cushions on it are old and grubby as is the throw, hence only 8 out of 10 property score!

Second time staying here. Compact would be the best way to describe it but it's perfect for a young family. The location by the river is outstanding and it's only a couple of minutes walk to the town. Didn't want to come back home as per usual 😒

The property couldn't be more perfectly located; in the town centre with parking overlooking the park with a balcony. The worst thing I could say is that the arm of the sofa was sunken and I noted the visitor book says it was due to be replaced. The only other minor issue was the quality of the toilet paper but this is the only thing we could criticise. Definitely recommended!
