Nice area and peaceful garden in which to relax or play with your dog. Not too far from the beaches and an easy drive to Newburgh and Balmedie beaches, and Kirkhill for walks or mountain biking. Supermarket nearby as well as a helpful pharmacy.
The city centre is walkable but there are buses too.

Had an excellent stay using it as a base to explore but also relax and do nothing.Very comfortable and everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of shops and take aways around but nice and quiet. The enclosed garden was perfect for the dog. Great host with good communication, would highly recommend.
