Very roomy, excellent parking. Towels and linen spotless.
I am assuming the owners know that there are a few leaks when it rains heavily. Bedroom damp where rain came through the ceiling. Apart from that it was an excellent stay, and would definitely book again. Plenty of room for large families

Greenbank was ideally located for us, along with being ideal for our party of 10. It had everything that we required, especially for the cooking of Xmas dinner. We would highly recommend a stay here if you can find a vacancy.
