Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Coffee Machine Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet, Shower Seat.
Gas central heating (underfloor in shower room), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

Solsken is a semi-detached, ground floor annexe adjacent to the owner’s home, and has an open plan, L-shaped kitchen, living and dining areas with plenty of space to spend time together in.
Its well-equipped kitchen has all the items you will need to cook a good meal to share together.
There is a comfortable double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a walk-in shower room.
In the living room, a comfortable double sofa bed offers additional sleeping for two more guests.
Outside is an enclosed patio area perfect for a barbecue or enjoying your morning cup of coffee outside.
A private parking space is available for your use on the drive, and public transport links are available with Pokesdown train station ½ mile away and a variety of bus stops on the main street which take you to Bournemouth.
Pokesdown’s high street has a variety of convenience stores, restaurants and takeaways, so you don’t have far to go for a delicious lunch or dinner out.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away, and you can walk along the promenade all the way to Bournemouth and onto Sandbanks in one direction, or along to Hengistbury Head in the other direction.
There are 7 miles of continuous Blue Flag beaches to explore, some of which have golden sands and other parts are pebbled.
A variety of things to do nearby including escape rooms, mini golf, the Science Zone Museum, the O2 Academy in Boscombe or the BIC in Bournemouth, both with a variety of live events.
The Oceanarium in Bournemouth, as well as high street shopping and a vast range of eateries, will also keep you entertained.
Hengistbury Head and Stanpit Marsh are beautiful areas to walk or cycle around as areas of scientific interest, and further afield is the New Forest with its free roaming ponies and cattle.
Solsken makes a fantastic base to stay for exciting days out and beautiful scenic walks before finding a delicious meal out.

Walking distance to beach one way, shops and the Brewhouse and Kitchen the other. Nicky and Andrew both very welcoming and helpful. Lovely welcome pack. Very relaxing place to stay. Easy parking on site, really secure fob activated gate. Great being able to have access to Sky tv and Netflix. Would visit again in the future.

Beautifully presented accommodation, well equipped kitchen, and a comfy bed, what more do you need 😊. Short drive into either Bournemouth or Christchurch and plenty of beaches and walks nearby, so lots to see and do.

We enjoyed a lovely half term break at Solsken. We were delighted with the welcome treats left by the hosts, including scones and a delicious wookey hole cheddar - yummy! The annexe is located so close to the beach and we enjoyed a few walks when the weather permitted. It was a good base to explore ...
