Waves - Great Cliff is a wonderful two-bedroom apartment located on the third floor of the Great Cliff building which is situated on the Marine Parade in Dawlish and it’s just a one-minute level walk from the town centre along the sea front.

Separated only from the beach and sea by Brunel’s historic Great Western Railway, which runs along the coastline, a secluded beach lies just across the railway bridge to the east.

To the west are wide, sweeping views across the bay to Exmouth.

Trains pass outside the apartment every few minutes, adding to the excitement of staying on the seafront in Dawlish. For the ramblers, there are plenty of opportunities for walking as Haldon Forest and Dartmoor National Park are within an easy drive, plus the South West Coastal Path which takes you into Teignmouth is located just a few seconds walk across the footbridge from the apartment. Alternatively walk the opposite direction along the sea wall to Dawlish Warren which has a sandy beach, attractions, and various local facilities.
