This detached lodge is ideally situated to enjoy both the coast and the countryside, set amongst an abundance of nature.. 16 steps to entrance.
Ground Floor: Open plan living space.
Living area: 43" TV, Freesat Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer First Floor: Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet.
LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair available on request..

Grounds (shared with owner and other properties on-site).

Situated in an elevated position with views over the sea, is this well positioned rustic alpine lodge.
The living space is spacious and offers guests an open-plan living and dining area with great views and a well fitted modern kitchen.
There are patio doors leading to the garden where you can sit and watch this ever changing landscape.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom and a twin bedroom, both served by a family bathroom.
There is private parking adjacent to the lodge.
The property is located near to Chanonry Point which can be seen from the lodge, this is one of the best places in Europe to watch bottlenose dolphins.
The whole area is a mecca to wildlife, including pine martens, buzzards, roe deer and otters.
The owner who lives on site is always on hand to help and advise on the spectacular walks around the lodges.
The area is ideal for cycling and walking and is steeped with local history.
The nearby villages of Fortrose and Rosemarkie offer a superb selection of public houses serving food, and a range of shops providing provisions and gifts.
Beach 2 miles.
Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
Pine Lodge can be booked together with Callachy Cottage (ref UK7047), Heather Lodge (ref UK7048), Gorse Lodge (ref UK7050) and Thistle Lodge (ref UK7051) to accommodate up to 20 guests.

Fantastic location, great compact lodge.Brilliant for mountain biking and walking- on the door step.Great beach only 5 minutes in the car, you can even see if thetide is out from the lodge.Seating/sofa very low and soft, not good for back.Sleeps up to four but only 2 outside seats.Would definitely book again but would take some firm cushions.
Perfect apart from the wooden steep stairs.
