It is the ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this historic fishing town with the convenience of a central, vibrant location.
The Golden Hind replica is almost within touching distance, and you’ll find a selection of local restaurants, pubs, shops and other attractions right on your doorstep.
The property has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a second bedroom with a bunk bed both off a curved hallway which leads to the main living area where the room has been set up to make the most of its fantastic location.
The property is accessed from the front through a communal hallway and up two flights of stairs to the second floor and is situated on the heart of the harbour side and is handy for Brixham’s delightful restaurants, many serving fish landed in the town on the same day. The early birds can enjoy a tour of the Brixham Fish Market which begins at 6am and takes in the daily fish auction and enjoy a locally sourced breakfast as part of the cost, and a sunrise walk along the breakwater also comes highly recommended.

Great location, fab views, everything on your doorstep.
Cleanliness could have been better. Removed most of the mould from the shower, scrubed coffee granules stains from kitchen floor and cleaned and wiped down finger marks on doors and light switches. Apartment was cleaner when we left than whe...
