This lovely coastal terrace house in the heart of Cromer is perfect for all the family - discover all that Norfolk has to offer.. Ground Floor:
Living room/kitchen: Freeview TV, Woodburner, Breakfast Area, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Separate Toilet.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk (Double On Bottom, Single Above) Beds (Flexible Sleeping Only). Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included (October-March). Welcome pack. On road parking; additional public car park, at cost (permits available), 150 yards away. No smoking.. This character, three-storey, terraced property is situated in the heart of the seaside town of Cromer, and just a minutes’ walk away from the seafront promenade, pier and beach. The property is comfortably furnished and well-equipped, boasting a cosy wood burner in the living room. Cromer town centre has a wealth of shops, cafés, restaurants, the Amazona Zoo, Royal National Lifeboat Institution Museum, an 18-hole golf course and pier. The neighbouring coastal town of Sheringham is only 4 miles away and offers a beach, Splash Leisure Pool, The Poppy Line steam railway, cliff top golf course, shops, cafes and restaurants.
