Just minutes’ walk from the Penzance promenade and a short stroll to the delightful Morrab Gardens; famous for its banana plants and rare sub-tropical species. Set on three floors with an original staircase and high ceilings the property exudes memories of a bygone era. Penzance is an ideal location for exploring the delights of West Cornwall including the legendary Lands End, the white sand surfing beach at Sennen and the historic town of Marazion with St Michaels Mount rising from the sea like a fairytale castle. The Mount can be reached on foot by causeway at low tide or by small ferry boat at high tide. Marazion attracts birdwatchers from all over the UK to the marshes, a true wildlife haven.
