The holiday flat is located in Babelsberg district. This offers a vibrant district center with everything you need to live. The accommodation is near the Park Babelsberg. Nearby there is some restaurants, shopping facilities and also a cinema. The beach Babelsberg can be reached on foot about 10 minutes. It's a friendly, full furnished apartment in which you can find everything you need for a nice stay. In 200m you can found a playground at the Plantagenplatz.

By car: A10 to AD Nuthetal, crossing the A115 direction Berlin/Potsdam, exit Potsdam-Babelsberg, Nutheschnellstraße direction city center, exit Friedrich-List Straße, right direction Babelsberg, at the second traffic light turn right Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße Semmelweisstraße Public transport: From Potsdam train station or S-train station Babelsberg with the bus 694 direction Stern Center / Gerlachstraße tot he stop Spindelstraße / Karl-Gruhl-Straße, then change and take the bus 616 to the stop Karl-Liebknecht or walk 5 minutes.

Description of the accommodation
The 42 sqm apartment has a bedroom and a living room with a seating area, dining area and kitchenette. The sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) can accommodate two people. The bathroom has a bath and toilet. A high chair and a travel baby bed are available.

Instead of 30 days before arrival, you have the right to cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the contractually agreed regulations according to the terms and conditions of accommodation and mediation apply.
