This three bedroom ground floor apartment is in an idyllic location for families looking for a seaside holiday in Dorset. Located on the ground floor of a block of apartments, 2 Marine Approach provides a versatile and convenient base for larger families. The apartment is made up of three bedrooms; a double, a twin and a king size bedroom. The family bathroom is modern and stylish with feature freestanding bath and seperate shower, while the master bedroom benefits from a handy en-suite cloakroom with wash hand basin and W.C.
You are able to relax and watch the world go by from a feature bay window in the living room, along with a large 'L' shape sofa and flatscreen TV. The kitchen just across the hallway is modern and well equipped with everything you need throughout your stay, along with a dining table and seating for 6.
The Victorian seaside town of Swanage with its eclectic mix of independent cafes, shops and galleries is only a short walk away. Not to mention of course its sandy beach and steam railway. The historic and picturesque Corfe Castle is just 5 miles away and the National Trust beach at Studland with its 4 miles stretch of sandy beach is within a 15 minute drive.
