The living room is bright and airy with double doors opening out to a lovely balcony and seating area, both areas have breath-taking panoramic views of Swanage Bay, across to Old Harry Rocks – you can see for miles!
The inviting living room, leads on through double doors into the open plan kitchen and dining room. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom is tastefully furnished and benefits from use of the great size family bathroom.
The property has allocated parking for one car; there is additional off-street parking nearby on a first come first served basis. This is a second floor apartment and is served by a lift in the block. A seasonal bus runs between Swanage coach park and Durlston Country Park via the heritage railway in the town and stops right outside the property.
