Wonderful apartment on 5, Barbus St., 10-20 minutes walk to the metro station: Olympic, Sports Palace, Palace of Ukraine, L. Tolstoy. The house has a concierge. Beautiful courtyard, a wonderful view of the city from a large loggia! Very quiet. The apartment has two bathrooms, a round jacuzzi, a shower cabin, a bidet, 3 air conditioners, 2TV, all appliances, 2 beds, orthopedic mattresses, cotton bed linen, towels, a corner folding sofa, stereo equipment, DVD, computer desk, Internet WI-FI, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, iron, hairdryer.
The apartment is located in the center of Kiev. Near to the apartment is located the metro stations "Ploscha Lva Tolstoho" and "Palace Sportu" and , there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 7 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street.

Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
