It has brand new furniture and has been recently tastefully renovated.
This penthouse offers 24/7 contactless check-in facilities, with no staff on site.
The Space: The luxurious penthouse has: • Magnificent view • 2 bathrooms • Lounge + smart TV (Netflix etc.) • Fully equipped kitchen An extra bed can be provided on request.
The Neighborhood: The Penthouse is conveniently located in the sought-after seaside resort of Gorleston, all with the nearby beach in just a short 1 min walk.
Close to the local amenities including shops, takeaways and pubs.
Access to the nearest supermarkets, leisure and sports facilities is just around the corner.
Gorleston lies to the south of Great Yarmouth with its own huge bay and riverside and stunning sandy beach.
It benefits from an Edwardian theatre, popular dining and dancing venues, seaside attractions, amusements, pubs and cafes.
Other Things to Note: The penthouse is located on the top floor, accessible via 47 steps.
The balcony has been recently removed.
If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed.
The costs are £17 per night.
Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25 (subject to availability).
To give you peace of mind and maintain our high standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property.
We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £25 per stay that covers up to £250 in accidental damages during your stay.
Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of £250.
The hold on your payment method will be released within 7 working days after your check-out subject to no damages.

The location is great right next to the beach

The beach on the doorstep
Failed to mention that scaffold was surrounding the property and partially blocking the view which did disappoint us
The showers were also not very powerful to say the least so you couldn’t really have a proper shower
Was ok for a two night stay but wouldn’t stay any longer than that

House was great for everything close to all amenities
Would be even more fantastic as weather was fabulous if could have got out on to the balcony
