This six apartment villa with its own garden is situated in one of the nicest areas of Lignano: it is just a short stroll to the beach.
Its enviable position makes it one of our most requested lodgings.
We reccomend ’’Residence Federica’’ to those wishing to pass a quiet holiday without givin up all the advantages of being not far to the town centre.
Each apartment includes a covered numbered parking space within the residence grounds. The beach service is not included in the price.
The next beach office is number 8 (Arenile La Sacca).Three-room-apartment consisting of living/dining room with cooking area and sofa, tv and microwave, double- bedded-room, twin-bedded-room, shower box/washbasin/wc and a balcony furnished with table and chairs.
Air conditioning, wi-fi and final cleaning are included in the price.

Das Haus ist in einer top Lage und innen sehr modern ausgestattet, sogar noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos.
Man ist gleich am Strand und es ist nicht weit zu mehreren kleineren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einem Eissalon, einer Pizzeria und einer Bar.
Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, kommen gerne wieder.
Das einzige was störend war, war das Rücken der Sesseln von den Nachbarn, das hört man im ganzen Haus zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit.
