This restored apartment block with its own garden is situated in one of the nicest areas of Lignano: it is just a short stroll to the beach and town centre.
It’s enviable position makes it one of our most requested lodgings.
We reccomend ’’Residence Patrizia’’ to those wishing to pass a quiet holiday without givin up all the advantages of being near to the town centre.

Each apartment includes a numbered parking space within or outside the residence grounds. The beach service is not included in the price.
The next beach offices are number 1bis (Pesce Spada), 2 (Bagno Italia) and 3 (Bagno Lignano).Studio apartments consisting of cooking area and single sofa-bed, tv and microwave, seperated from the sleeping area by a dividing wall consinsting in a wardrobe, double bed, shower/bidet/wc and spacious furnished terrace with view, which may be used as a solarium.
Air conditioning, wi-fi and final cleaning are included in the price.
