“Superbe maison à Abano terme à quelques minutes du centre ville (beaucoup de bars, restaurants et magasins autour), quartier très calme, les chambres sont spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements et d'équipements, très accueillant pour les familles, y compris des livres pour enfants, La route est vraiment étroite comme spécifié dans la description d'airb&b donc seules les petites voitures peuvent entrer et se garer dans l'allée (un parking est juste à 2 minutes à pied) nous avons eu un check in tardif et Diana de l'équipe Padova a été incroyable, expliquant tout et étant disponible pendant la semaine où nous avons séjourné. Nous chercherons certainement d'autres airb&bs de l'équipe "welcome to Veneto&Friuli".”

Pretty and cozy private house is located in the central area in Abano Terme, a few steps from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, Piazza Mercato and the Urban Thermal Park, in a quiet and relaxing neighbourhood, spacious and perfect for 6 people. The accommodation is finely furnished and equipped with every comfort: WiFi, TV, independent heating, private garden, 2 bathrooms, free street parking. The real oasis of peace and relaxation just a few kilometers from Padua and Venice!
Pretty two-floors private house ideal for 6 guests, equipped with every comfort and a large private garden, located in the center of the fabulous spa town of Abano Terme, one of the most famous spa resorts in Europe. Thanks to its enormous receptive potential, which is based on a considerable number of facilities equipped for thermal treatments, it can boast the primacy of the largest spa town in the world!
Internally the house consists of
LIVING ROOM: with relax corner, queen sofa bed, Smart TV.
KITCHEN: with the dining area, equipped with refrigerator, stove, traditional oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils
ROOM: with queen bed and large wardrobe
SECOND ROOM: with queen bed, wardrobe.
2 BATHROOMS: one with a bathtube / shower, bidet and hairdryer and the other with a shower but no bidet.
GARDEN: large private garden with outdoor dining area and a swing
Our guests will also have access to WiFi, air conditioning (1 split in the sleeping area), fans, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, independent heating, free street parking
PLEASE NOTE: the road to get to the accomodation is quite narrow, you have to do the maneuver to arrive and drive away.
The stove is NOT usable.
Cot rental for a fee - 20 euros per stay
Child seat rental on request for a fee - 15 euros per stay
The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
Check-in must be done online as well as the payment of the tourist tax of EUR 1.50 per person per night, for the first 7 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Abano Terme.
