A charming 40 sq m ground-floor apartment, perfect for three people, with a private entrance and a beautiful internal garden.
The accommodation is located in the heart of the historic center, on one of Padua's most charming streets,
characterized by the classic porticoes that connect Piazza dei Signori and the Clock Tower to the large city gate of Ponte Molino.
All the city's main tourist attractions are just a few minutes' walk away!
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

The interior spaces are distributed as follows:
- LIVING ROOM (adjacent to the bedroom) with a double sofa bed, a 61 cm TV, reversible air conditioning, and access to the small garden;
- KITCHEN with a gas stove, table and chairs, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, and access to the small garden;
- BEDROOM (adjacent to the living room) with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed upon request), a wardrobe;
- FULL BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- TERRACE with a small furnished garden, a dining area (table and chairs), and an awning;
- STORAGE ROOM.
FURHTER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:
Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, reversible air conditioning, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.
Cribs and infant beds are available upon request (€50 supplement).
High chair available upon request (€30 supplement).

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
Padua is home to an ancient university, and parts of the town centre have a very studenty feel to them: young people revising under shady trees or meeting up before lectures.
Successful modern business exists alongside unspoilt historical sights, and there's lots for the visitor to do. Padua's biggest tourist attraction is the Scrovegni Chapel (Cappella degli Scrovegni), with its priceless frescoes by Giotto.
Despite the town's many other interesting sights, this is the only place in Padua where tourism has taken over.
The Basilica of St. Anthony of Padua (known simply as Il Santo) is also on some tourism/pilgrimage circuits but through the rest of town you're more likely to encounter students and smartly-dressed businesspeople than tourists. There is a lot more to Padua than these two sights, however.
The town centre is an attractive place to explore, with many historic streets to wander.
It's always been a wealthy town, and has fine architecture dating to different eras.
Giotto's are not the only frescoes in town, and the art-lover has masses to admire in the town's churches and art gallery.
And after the visitor has enjoyed Padua's lovely parks and gardens, and strolled the pleasant arcaded streets, there is still plenty to do in the area around the town: villas to visit, boat trips and thermal spas. - From Padova FS Train Station, take bus U06 and get off at “Padova Teatro Verdi” stop, which is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. - From Venice Marco Polo Airport, take bus E015-V and get off at “Padova Autostazione”. From there, take bus U06 and get off at “Padova Teatro Verdi”, which is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. - If you're traveling by car, there's no parking available on the property and the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.

L'appartement est placé en plein centre historique. Idéal pour découvrir Padoue à pied. Mignon, commode, propre et bien équipé. Avec la climatisation qui fonctionne très bien. Un supermarché juste à côté.
Le seul bémol : il est juste en face d'un bar bruyant. Il faut penser à prendre les bouchons d'oreille. Lits un peu durs.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Padua! It’s comfortable and has all the facilities needed. The staff was super kind.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden wieder kommen. Der Checkin lief problemlos, die Lage ist super zentral, aber dennoch privat und dank guter Schallisolierung ruhig.
