Bright apartment of about 85 square meters with balcony, which can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a period building without lift.
The property enjoys an excellent position, being situated in a panoramic area (sea view) and surrounded by the greenery of Borgo Marola, one of the hamlets of La Spezia, on the way to the wonderful Porto Venere (9 km away). The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a balcony.
External shared courtyard with barbecue.
The closest free beach is located in the hamlet of "Le Grazie" which is 5 km away, or in Portovenere which is about 8 km away *LONG STAY ALLOWED* The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, desk, TV, fireplace (not working) and double sofa bed; - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), table, fridge with freezer, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave and kitchenware; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BALCONY (sea view) with small table and chairs; - BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room), independent heating, clotheslines on the balcony, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER INFORMATION: - The property has an outdoor area shared with the owners (when present, especially during the holidays) on the ground floor, with patio, table and chairs. - The apartment can only be reached on foot from the nearest parking lot (about 200 meters; there are also some stairs). The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during their stay. The outdoor space on the ground floor is shared with the owners (when present). Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any questions we will be reachable by phone or e-mail. The apartment is located in a panoramic and extremely quiet area of Marola, a small medieval village, which is also a hamlet of La Spezia.
The property constitutes an excellent starting point for trekking or cultural excursions.
It is located on the way to Portovenere and, just 300 meters away, it is possible to find all the main services, including a grocery store, a bar, a restaurant and a pharmacy, as well as the bus stop to reach Lerici, Portovenere and La Spezia. Main distances: - La Spezia (center): 30 minutes by public transport / 13 minutes by car (7 km); - Porto Venere: 30 minutes by public transport / 15 minutes by car (9 km); - Lerici: 1 hour and 10 minutes by public transport / 28 minutes by car (18 km); - Cinque Terre: 1 hour and 10 by public transport (direct trains from La Spezia station) / 55 minutes by car (37 km). - La Tortuga di Claudio (fish restaurant): 10 minutes on foot; - Bar Maddaluno Teresa: 15 minutes on foot; - La Bottega (grocery store): 5 minutes by car. - From Pisa-San Giusto airport, it is possible to reach the property in 1 hour and 10 minutes by car (90 km). - From the Central Station of La Spezia, it is possible to reach the apartment with several buses (n. 11/30 / P) that depart from "Garibaldi" (5 minutes on foot from the station) and arrive at "Cadimare Piazza Grande" stop, 10 minutes on foot from the property. - The most comfortable and convenient way of reaching the apartment and moviming around is by car. Free parking is available just 200 meters from the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable). - The berth for boats to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Santa Margherita, Camogli and Portofino is 6 km away. All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law. CITRA- LIGURIA REGION: 011015-LT-2327 Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows: - between 9.00 pm and 11.00 pm: € 30. City tax (2.50 euros per night per person for the first 5 nights) will be collected in cash upon arrival.

Appartamento molto spazioso e luminoso, cucina nel complesso ben fornita e comodo in tutto. La posizione è molto bella, la zona è calma e concilia un riposo più che soddisfacente.

La vue, les équipements, la terrasse accessible ombragée avec vue sur le port. La tranquillité. accueil par la personne qui nous a donné les clés limite correct. Il faut signaler su;il faut marcher et emprunter un petit chemin avec des marches pour rejoindre appartement. Pour des personnes âgées ou invalides avec des valises Cela semble difficile accès.

Great listing! It got the most amazing view through the balcony. But the location is not that pleasing. Commute is inconvenient. Make sure that you have enough water and food before you head back to the flat. And you need to walk through a lot of stairs so be prepared for that.
