Bright and spacious 100- sqm 2-bedroom apartment of located on the second floor of a building without a lift that can accommodate up to 5 people!
The apartment is located on a quiet street, closed to traffic and it boasts a sunny 12sqm terrace.
Equipped with WIFI, A/C and far less than 500 meters from all the main services such as tram stop, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies, the accommodation is perfect for touristic or business stays since it also has a room-office!

Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment* The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law. Tutto alla Perfezione, pulizia, ordine e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Semplicemente come sentirsi a Casa Propria! Proprietari gentili, cortesi e di gran cuore che oggigiorno non è affatto scontato.

Ubicación a las afueras de Padua muy cómodo para salir a hacer turismo con el coche de alquiler por las ciudades del norte de Italia. Se aparca al lado gratis y seguro. Zona tranquila.
Colchón un poco blando pero, aún así, cama muy cómoda.
