The apartment is located in the center, a 5-minute walk from the Basilica of S. Antonio and Prato Della Valle.


It is accessible from the station (the bus stop is a few steps away) as the tram stop is 300 meters away.


The Prato Della Valle neighborhood is one of the most beautiful in the whole city! The immense green space of the Prato, the large pedestrian street that starts from here to cross the entire city center, the many shops, cafes and restaurants make it a magical place.


The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, not suitable for the disabled.

In 40 square meters of space, overlooking the internal courtyard, it comfortably accommodates 4 people.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.


It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.


For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
