Brand new apartment located in Cernobbio, a charming town on the shores of Lake Como! The area is elegant and residential, with 3 big supermarkets nearby, as well as pharmacies, bars and restaurants! Bus stop heading to Como and Menaggio at 550m from the house!
Cernobbio is an exceptional location, famous above all for "Villa d'este", a site now turned into a luxury 5-star hotel!
In summer, a day spent at the beach and at the swimming pool, next to the Villa, mustn't be missed!
The 80sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly built condominium, energy class A.
The internal space is divided into living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, garden.
- The living area has an open kitchen equipped with induction hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining table for 6 and a relaxation area with sofa, smart TV, large window with access to the garden.
-The sleeping area has two large bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds with en suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom between the two bedrooms.
A baby bed is available for guests upon request.
-The toilets are both equipped with shower and bidet.
The property includes a small private garden with lounge area and private parking (there are 2 parking spaces in the garden).
The accommodation has unlimited wifi, washing machine, independent heating (from 15 October to 15 April) and air conditioning in every room, centralized but adjustable (ON / OFF, intensity) by thermostat in the apartment (from 15 April to 15 October).
All the identity documents of the residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.
Please note that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible until 9.30 pm: after this time, assistance is not guaranteed even by telephone.
