We are located in the ZTL.

Elegant studio of about 35 m2 is located on the fourth floor of an elegant period building equipped with a lift (but it is not suitable for the disabled).


Our accommodation has
- LIVING AREA: with double sofa bed and dining area, open kitchen.

- KITCHEN: fully equipped with everything you need - hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, cups, goblets and kitchen utensils.

- BATHROOM: with shower cubicle and bidet.

- NIGHT AREA: double bed with two bedside tables.


Other comforts available to guests: WiFi, air conditioning (1 split), independent heating with heat pump, LED TV, clothes hanger, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Vicenza, equal to EUR 2, for the first 5 nights.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Vicenza Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th


Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.


The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.

In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.


If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.

After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00

EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00

It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.
