The approximately 40sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a non-renovated period building with no lift.

It is composed of a living room with a dining area, a kitchen equipped with a stove, a fridge, an electric kettle, a gas oven, and wine glasses. Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and split A/C. Toilet with bidet and shower.
