Bright and welcoming apartment in a strategic position, a few steps from the Santa Maria della Misericordia Hospital.
Ideal place for short stays of work or pleasure: the area is full of restaurants, bars, shops and places for an aperitif and is well served by many services. The apartment has a modern decor and is equipped with all the comforts to make you feel at home, and make your stay in Udine unforgettable: LED TV, equipped kitchen, shower Bright and comfortable two-room apartment of about 50 square meters, is located on the sixth floor of a modern building with elevator.
Internally, the house consists of a bedroom with a queen bed and a large wardrobe, and a living area with a sofa bed and a dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishes, glasses, moka, cutlery and cooking utensils Bathroom with shower, wc, sink (not bidet). The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including: TV, central heating, hair dryer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels provided on arrival. PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.
