Wide apartment (90 square meters) completely refurbished, in an historical palace (without lift) of the old town center.
Piazza Maggiore, the main square of Bologna is only 100 meters far from the apartment. The apartment is on the fourth floor of an historic building and has a living room with kitchenette, a large decorated hallway, a spacious bedroom with a French bed and two single beds(25 sqm), another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
It is equipped with LCD TV, Netflix, dishwasher, oven, free wi-fi, washing machine, bed linen and shented towels.
It can accomodate 7 guests (in case of need you can request extra beds, also for babies). The apartment is located in the historic center of the city.
The most typical, restaurants, shopping and entertainment for all ages are within walking distance.
The tourist offer is remarkable, the center of Bologna offers the possibility of sightseeing and guided visits to museums. Excellent location, and quiet despite central location. A few issues with the property but the managing agent did their best to resolve. Was surprised to have to pay extra for more guests having booked the whole apartment. Duvets didn’t have covers, heating didn’t work when we first arrived, and was missing basics for Italy like wine glasses and pasta strainer.

Brilliant location. 15 min walk to central train station, and is located in the heart of the shopping district. If hiring a car to visit Ferrari, Lamborghini or Paganini, there is only paid parking available about 5 mins walk away. No parking or driving in city area after 8pm. Large paid parking had plenty of spaces.
