The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a building with an elevator, not suitable for the disabled.
There are steps to access the elevator. In 66 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates four people with a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. We are 5 minutes walk from Parma station, facing the river. LIVING AREA.
Living room and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, moka pot and various cooking utensils. DOUBLE BEDROOM AND ROOM WITH TWO SINGLE BEDS. BATHROOM.
Shower box, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Free unlimited Wifi, split air conditioning, television, iron and clothesline. ATTENTION: Please note that the shower is 60x50 and has a raised step high enough to get in. Parma station is a 5-minute walk away. Parma Airport is 16 minutes away by bus no. 16 to the Viale Piacenza stop. If you arrive by car: paid parking in Toschi, nearby. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival. Appartamento pulito e a pochi minuti dal centro. Wifi ottimo. C;è tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Il parcheggio gratuito sulla via è stato fondamentale. Unica pecca è stata la comunicazione con il team: tempi di attesa lunghi.

La casa q es un apartamento muy lindo y con todas las comodidades La bañera es muy pequeña y se pasa mucho trabajo para bañarse en ella

Very flexible with check in. We arrived earlier and Gabriele agreed to give us access earlier. Place was walking distance to the old town and it was a quiet area. The shower was very, very small and a bit unsafe to step out. That was the only negative access of our stay. Thank you
