The 47 sqm apartment is located on ground floor of a building without elevator.


Please note: There's a step at the entrance and in the terrace.

Additional facilities available for guests: free wifi, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.


Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).


The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.


Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment. We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Udine even more interesting and safe. For any unexpected events or questions we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail.


IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way of reaching the apartment is by taxi / car (117km - 1 hour and 20).


- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot or by bus to the apartment.


- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to several buses (5/6/9/11) with stop "UDINE via Marco Volpe 7", a 2-minute walk from the property.


- If you are traveling by car, in order to get to Udine, you can take A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are SS13, SS54 and SS56.

The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up.

You can leave your car, for a fee, in the parking space delimited by blue stripes in the street (NOT guaranteed), or in the following parkings
- Andreuzzi Parking, in 4 Andreuzzi street: a 2 minute walk from the flat;

- Moretti Parking, in 4 Moretti street: a 8 minute walk;

- Magrini Parking, in 3 Magrini street: a 9 minute walk.
