This unique holiday accommodation, which is known for its modern living ambience and beautiful view of the lake, was completely renovated in 2021. It combines stylish living with close proximity to local amenities.
Inside, you will find a spacious flat with three bedrooms - a cosy double room, a room with two beds and a room with a pull-out bed - ideal for any size group or family. Two large bathrooms with double washbasin, shower and bathtub promise relaxing moments. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area offers maximum comfort thanks to state-of-the-art equipment, including an induction hob, oven, combi steamer and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso machine, a raclette and fondue set and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A heated ski boot and ski locker is located in the entrance area of the flat.
The outdoor area invites you to relax and linger with a terrace facing west and north. Here you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the picturesque views to the full, while a parking space in the garage and an outside car park offer you the flexibility you need for your activities.
The area around Laax is a paradise for active holidaymakers. With the post bus and Weisse Arena shuttle right outside the door, you can easily reach the valley station of the mountain railways and your favourite destinations in just 2 km. Grocery shops, restaurants and a doctor's surgery are all within a minute's walk. In addition, the 10% discount on the hire of bike, ski and snowboard equipment in the in-house Menzli Sport shop included in the total price is an attractive bonus for all sports enthusiasts.

Sehr saubere und grosszügige Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In den beiden kleineren Schlafzimmern etwas weiche Matratzen, sonst alles tiptop. Sehr netten Kontakt mit Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für alles!
