Casa Limoncello is centrally located in the village of Praiano and features Free WiFi and Free Air-conditioning use.
The house is within walking distance to stores, bars, restaurants and public transportation and most important, the house is just above the beach La Gavitella! You must walk 5 minutes from the town centre, down to the beach.
No lift is availble, we are in a pedestrian precinct. The home is equipped for maximum 4 guests and has basic furnishings and accommodations.
It is fully air conditioned, outdoor terrace with table and chairs to enjoy eating under the stars or sun bathing.
The first floor is equipped with a full kitchen with appliances and washing machine for your convenience.
There is a dining room with table and chairs if you wish to dine home while watching a flat screen television and a sofa (it is not a bed and cannot be used as one!). Second floor, consists of a master bedroom with a balcony, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom. This vacation property is the perfect location; access to the beach, breath-taking views from the balcony, and centrally located for maximum convenience.
La Casa Limocello is the perfect home away from home. Local visitors city tourist tax is Euro 1,5 per person per day.
The visitors tax will be paid at arrival at the person in charge of your check in.. It can be changed by the town and we are not responsible if lifted! If you reach the area by car, it is not an easy task to find a parking, generally located at no less than 500 meters.
Paying garage at 500 meters at an average cost of 35 per night. We suggest the use of public transportation or car service while staying here.

Overall the house and location are lovely. Easy walk to the beach and short trip up to town.
While the home itself is wonderful, I gave 4 stars because we were asked to pay a cleaning fee (normal) for after we left, but it wasn't clean when we arrived. We had to buy supplies to clean the shower and kitchen and we not reimbursed.
