The house is located on the 5th floor of a condominium in the center and facing the sea. The apartment has been partially renovated and consists of: a bright and modern living room with single sofa bed (120 cm) which has a beautiful sea view, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony.
The house has a washing machine, air conditioning.
BEDS: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed (2 single beds 80 cm) and a single sofa bed (120 cm) In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (payable locally and in cash) of € 0.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
