This great two-room apartment is located on the 4th floor in a condominium 50 meters from the sea and in the center of the town.
Entrance to a nice living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with washing machine, balcony with great sea view, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, shared parking space. 2 + 2 sleeps In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (payable locally and in cash) of € 0.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST (with payment on the spot): Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per change; Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per change; Final cleaning: € 80.00 MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF ANIMALS PRESENCE, where allowed with prior authorization € 50.00 Access for guests We are waiting for you directly in our offices during agency hours (from 15:00 to 18:30) where we will check-in, after which we will accompany you to the accommodation of your choice.
