The apartment consists of living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and finally balcony with sea view, square and main avenue which in the evenings from June to August becomes pedestrian.
What not to be underestimated is the proximity to the sea, which is about 70/80 meters.
In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (payable locally and in cash) of € 0.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST (with payment on the spot): Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per change; Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per change; Final cleaning: € 80.00 MANDATORY ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF ANIMALS PRESENCE, where allowed with prior authorization € 50.00 Access for guests We are waiting for you directly in our offices during agency hours (from 15:00 to 18:30) where we will check-in, after which we will accompany you to the accommodation of your choice.
