Large terraced house on two floors newly renovated and furnished.
This villa is a nice solution to spend unforgettable holidays in the Lidi Ferraresi, within the Po Delta Park.
Located about 300 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the center of Lido di Pomposa, it extends on two levels: from the garden front, with parking space, you can access the comfortable porch from which you enter the large and bright living room with double sofa bed and the kitchen corner from which you can go out in the large rear garden with barbecue.
Always on the ground floor we find the great bathroom with a large crystal shower box. On the first floor there is a sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms, one with a balcony, a bathroom and a walk-in closet.
This chalet is finely furnished and is equipped with washing machine, television.
The two gardens are ideal for eating or having breakfast outdoors In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (payable locally and in cash) of € 0.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
