Comfortable and modern 40 sqm apartment with balcony, for 4 people, located on the first floor of a building (NO elevator) inside the Sileno Beach residential complex.

The property is located in a central position, a few minutes on foot from the sea, in Giardini Naxos, a beautiful seaside area rich points of interest, such as the Schisò Castle and the statue of Nike. The accommodation features a living area with a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, moka and kitchenware), dining table, sofa, TV and access to the balcony; - BALCONY with table and chairs; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower box (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the bedroom), washing machine (on the balcony), iron, drying rack and hairdryer. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, since the spaces in the living area is limited. Inside the residential complex there is a parking space (NOT assigned); however, in high season there may be difficulties in parking.

Other free parking spaces are available around the property. Inside the residential complex there is an underpass that leads to the "Strada Nazionale", in front of the "Spizzicannu" restaurant, 150 meters from the sea. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day.

All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law. For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30; EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00. Late check-ins are not available after 00:00. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay the city tax of € 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos. The beach is less than 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. Taormina is only a few km from the property.

In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must.

Furthermore, the beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto are unmissable destinations during your stay. Main points of interest: - Beach: 5 minutes on foot; - Schisò Castle and Archaeological Park of Capo Schisò: 12 minutes on foot; - Statue of Nike: 18 minutes on foot; - Taormina (13 km): 20 minutes by car. - Caffè Chantal (bar): 5 minutes on foot (400 meters); - Supermercati Decò (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot (550 meters); - La Sirenetta (restaurant and pizzeria): 7 minutes on foot (600 meters). - The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport).

Parking is available inside the complet (NOT assigned and NOT guaranteed).

In addition, near the property there are other free parking spaces (there may be difficulties to find parking in high season). - From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti.

The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus.

Buses stop in Via Dalmazia, just 50 meters from the underpass that connects "Strada Nazionale" with the complex where the property is located.
