Our suites have all the comforts you’d expect from a Luxury Coastal stay; beautiful bedrooms, large bathrooms and wonderful views, however you won’t find any kitchen facilities as the suites are rented on a room only basis.
The main entrance to the Maritime suites building is accessed via 13 wide steps. Provident is the penthouse suite located on the third floor which is accessed via two flights of stairs (30 in total)
Sleeping & Relaxing
The Bedroom
Provident is a spacious penthouse suite set into the eaves of the building with far reaching views across Brixham harbour and beyond. You’ll be greeted with a sumptuous super king size bed with integrated luggage storage, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The cosy seating area features a small sofa, glass coffee table, Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. A Bosh Tassimo coffee machine with Costa pods is provided along with an under-counter fridge.
The Views
Three pretty windows look out towards the harbour, whilst a fourth window has views across the marina.
Bathrooms
The spacious bathroom stretches the length of the suite, with a free-standing roll bath, walk-in shower cubicle, twin basins with mirrors, heated towel rail and WC.
Shared Facilities
You will find a shared utility room on the first floor with a selection of mugs, glasses, crockery, and cutlery along with washing-up facilities if you wanted to bring takeaway food or drink into the property.
The shared utility room also features a sink, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
All tableware and facilities are to be used on a first come first serve basis.
Parking Options
Whilst there is no designated parking for the suite, there are plenty of options in the surrounding areas. There is unrestricted parking in residential roads within a 10 minute walk, plus many car parks too.

Suites by Luxury Coastal collection is a room only option comprising a bedroom for relaxing and a luxurious bathroom. There are no kitchens or cooking facilities within the Maritime Suites.
Situated on the top floor of a beautifully refurbished historic building, this stunning boutique bolthole forms the penthouse within the Maritime’s five luxury suites.
