La Casa Nueva is a very comfortable house in Cadavedo, with enough privacy and services to make you feel at home but being very close to the beach, enjoying the calmness and the environment of the Asturian Green Coast.
There are two floors; On the ground floor we find the access, with a small parking lot (2 cars) and a porch which articulates all the exterior space, giving us the chance to enjoy the private garden or go to a covered shed where we can find a barbecue and a rustic dining room, very appropiate to enjoy with family and friends throughout the year.
Indoors we find a completely equipped kitchen with a dining and sitting room, also with a fireplace and then a doble bedroom with private bathroom, another bathroom and a laundry room, with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs we will find the rest of the bedrooms, all with private bathroom ensuite.
Two of them have two single beds each and the other two have a 150cm bed.
The customers have free access to the community pool, located a few metres far from the house.
