Hillbrook House is a semi-detached house in the village of Nolton Haven, only a minute's walk from the beach. The house offers five bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and two sitting rooms. Outside has private off-road parking for up to four cars with further parking available on the roadside or in the nearby car park.
To the rear of the house is a deck with furniture, and a small fenced garden. Across the road, there is a natural grass garden that overlooks the beach with a BBQ and benches.
Hillbrook House is ideally placed for the Pembrokeshire Coast Path(which passes the front door!) for boat trips, wildlife spotting or touring the towns and villages of this beautiful region.
Famous for its stunning coastline, wildlife and castles. This wonderful country has something for everyone.

Hillbrook House consists of a kitchen with electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining room, five bedrooms including a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, three further super-king-size (zip/link), and a bunk room, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, and a shower room with walk-in shower. Outside, there is a rear enclosed decked patio, plus a large enclosed front garden with furniture and barbecue, located across the road. Private off-road parking is available for 4 cars/boats, with a nearby car park offering EV charging. Within 3 miles, there is a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen are included in the price; please bring your own bath and beach towels. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: 400 GBP Good Housekeeping Bond. A fabulous house for our family holiday. All 5 bedrooms a great size, plus plenty of space to spread out down stairs. Two lounges meant you could escape with a book and shut a door. Beach 2 minutes from front door. Super large solid dining table for family meals. Lovely peaceful area. Owner super responsive and helpful. We will be back.

Hillbrook House is a brilliant property. Amazing beachside location, with bags of space for families to gather together but with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Gorgeous clean, cotton bed linen and the best resourced kitchen we have ever encountered.
We had a really lovely week and hope to return soon!

In spite of the majority of the week giving us frequent rainstorms - after the summer of constant sunshine and warmth, this was a shock to the system.....we had a most enjoyable holiday. Near the beach for the children and dog walking, lots to do nearby, and very comfortable accommodation to come back to, to warm up, dry off and relax!!
