This well-presented, three-storey modern house conveniently sits on the outskirts of the magnificent city of Truro in Cornwall.
With its welcoming accommodation and close proximity to many of the region's most wonderful attractions, this is a superb base for families and friends to come and enjoy.
Step into the property and find the inviting living/dining room, two snug sofas are matched with a warming gas fire and a TV with DVD player to create the perfect spot to unwind after an adventure-packed day. To the other side of the room sits a lovely dining room, adjacent is a pleasant and well-equipped kitchen looking out towards Truro's spectacular cathedral.

12 Kel Avon is a property over three floors in the city of Truro in Cornwall. It comes with four bedrooms which are made up of a double with an en-suite, a further double and two single rooms, along with a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the cottage is able to sleep six people. Its interior also includes a kitchen, a living/dining room with a gas fire and a games room. To the outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and a garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. 12 Kel Avon is a homely house placed wonderfully for touring Cornwall and all that it can offer.

We really enjoyed our stay. Not only is the kitchen super well equipped with everything you need, but also there is enough locker space, the beds are good, everything is nicely decorated and the highlight is the gaming room in the basement. You can see that this house has been furnished with thought and love, which also showed in the warm welcome we got.

We love this house. Perfect location and very clean. Has everything you need for a lovely stay.
Only feedback is the sofa is vey uncomfortable.
Apart from that this place is perfect, beds lovely 2!
