This semi-detached cottage lies in the tranquil village of Mortehoe, on the North Devon Coast and offers picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean.
It is a lovely property decorated to an incredibly high standard and provides a relaxing base for families or a group of friends who are looking to enjoy North Devon.
Upon stepping into this homely property, you will find the sitting room on your right; this spacious room has a dining area to the rear and a cosy sitting space with wood burner towards the front.
A large bay window floods the room with light and thanks to the cottage's elevated location, gifts the room with excellent views over the village of Mortehoe and the Atlantic Ocean behind it. Through a door is the contemporary kitchen, featuring all the necessary appliances and decorated in a tasteful mix of grey tones.
A door leads out from the kitchen into an enclosed patio garden with furniture.
This sun trap is the perfect setting for sitting out and enjoying a home-cooked meal in the relaxing afternoon sun. Upstairs there are three elegant bedrooms, and a modern family bathroom.
The master bedroom is a spacious affair, offering a comfortable king-size bed, a luxurious en-suite with double walk-in shower and two windows boasting commanding sea views.

Seal Cottage is in an excellent position for visiting the coast of North Devon. The cottage provides a high standard of accomodation. All facilities were clean and well maintained.

So nice not to have a kitchen with a small amount of cheap equipment.
