This self catering cottage by the sea, is within the curtilage of The Orchard but has its own entrance, parking and outside space. This cottage is all on one level with an ensuite bathroom, making it ideal for those who prefer not to go upstairs. The Bolthole will appeal to those who enjoy being able to walk to the beach and the pub, yet be a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting and other attractions. The front door opens into the light and airy kitchen/living room which is furnished with a very comfortable sofa and an ottoman, dining table & chairs for two, flat screen TV, DVD & HiFi. The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances and comes complete with an electric hob, double fitted oven, fridge (with ice box) and washing machine. A door leads to the bedroom with its super king sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, there is also room for a cot. The gorgeous ensuite bathroom has tiled floor and walls, a double ended bath and a separate, generously sized separate shower cubicle. Outside there is a private, enclosed seating area ideal for outside dining or just sitting and relaxing. One car can be parked right next to the cottage. The Bolthole is close to the South West Coastal Path, and is an ideal base for those who like to walk a bit further than to the beach and pub. Five minutes walk away is Crantock’s sandy beach which is suitable for families and surfers alike. Two minutes walk away are two pubs, a Londis grocery store, Post Office, art gallery and the church of St Carantoc. As well as driving, you can fly to Newquay airport, which is only eight miles away, where taxis and hire cars can be booked.
