Situated on Devon Road in Salcombe, Yardarm is a spacious period town house, which has been fully refurbished to provide a high standard of accommodation. Glimpses of the Salcombe estuary can be enjoyed from the lounge and master bedroom and the property is ideal for a family or couple looking to explore the town and picturesque waterfront, which are just a short walk away.
From the parking area, a flight of steps leads to the ground floor entrance. From the hallway there is access to two bedrooms, the family bathroom and utility room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c, and basin. Upstairs, the light and airy first floor living/dining area features two large comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD and dining area. Sliding patio windows open out to the small balcony with estuary glimpses.
The contemporary gloss kitchen features granite worktops, an electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
