In an enviable elevated position overlooking beautiful St Ives Bay and big sandy beaches that stretch round to iconic St Ives resort, Treleigh makes a wonderful coastal retreat.
This modern and well-presented detached bungalow nestles down a private lane in Hayle, with plentiful off-street parking and a rear garden set against a stunning ocean backdrop.
The accommodation is all on one level, with three comfy bedrooms and an open-plan living room with modern kitchen with all the mod cons, dining area for a foody get-together and sofas and chairs for relaxation.
Patio doors offer big sea views and lead into the rear enclosed garden with paved area and lawn for children to play and garden furniture for sunshine dining and weather watching across the seascape.
There are one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and bunk beds - space for the whole family to rest and play.
The shower room is contemporary and there is an additional separate WC. At the front, there is a generous driveway for four cars.

Walk to the beach within a 5-minute stroll for a fun-filled day of surf lessons or swimming.

This is a great place for a coastal break and is just metres from a gorgeous beach. Treleigh is well equipped with everything provided for a comfortable stay, we loved it thank you. The only thing that lets it down is the cheap toilet seats, if these were replaced it would have been 5 star in every respect.

A very well appointed comfortable property in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much. I believe the main bed may be new and the sheets/ duvet were a smaller size than the bed but we managed that aspect. Would highly recommend the property.

The property is first class. We would like to compliment the cleaning staff for leaving it so clean. There are wonderful views of the bay. Good for bird watching. Good for walks and the beaches. Plenty of private parking. Peaceful and quiet.
