The Salcombe’ apartments are located in the heart of Salcombe on its idyllic waterfront, in short walking distance to boutique shops, cafes and eateries.
Residents have exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool, available annually from May to September (subject to change) communal gardens, one allocated parking space per flat and mooring.

Residents of ‘The Salcombe’ apartments have exclusive use of a seasonal outdoor heated pool, communal gardens, mooring and a private parking space per flat.
The Salcombe residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is normally available from 23rd May to late September each year (subject to change).
PLEASE NOTE LARGE PICK UP TRUCKS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIT INTO THE SALCOMBE PARKING SPACES
This property does not accept Short Breaks.

Allocated parking space for ONE car only.
Electric car charging is not available or permitted at The Salcombe.
Pontoons to be removed for the winter in November - Moorings will not be available during this time.
Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon.
The pontoon wall is being repaired from late April until 23rd May 2025 and will be out of use. Please call the local office for further information

Once again flat 4 and Salcombe gave us a holiday we always enjoy and always want to return to - but very disappointed this year to learn we cannot book for next year as we have always done as this system has changed without our knowledge and bookings have already been taken for our 2 weekly slot

We had a lovely stay in Flat 4, as in previous years.
Our only suggestions on improvements, would be a dress mirror in the main bedroom. Also blackout liners would be beneficial when it’s very hot.
Other than that. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you

We had a fabulous week at 4 The Salcombe. Perfect location, weather. We were 2 families sharing and it was perfect for us all. The mooring was very useful as we had a boat with us and the pool was great for the younger children. Would definitely return again.
